In this class, you will make three rice balls. The fillings are tuna mayonnaise, salmon, and seasoned bonito flakes. (The fillings may vary depending on the season.)

Learn How to Make

You will make rice balls while following the instructor's guidance. The key is shaping them into neat triangles.
